These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dragon Workflows website and SMS programs. By interacting with our services, you agree to these terms.
SMS Programs
Dragon Workflows operates two separate text-message programs. They serve different audiences and are registered separately. Opting out of one does not affect the other.
1. Dragon Workflows Website Preview Outreach
Description: Dragon Workflows sends personalized SMS messages to real estate professionals containing a link to a free, customized website preview built specifically for them. Messages are sent only to individuals who have been personally contacted by Dragon Workflows as part of our outreach process.
Message frequency: You will receive no more than 1–3 messages per outreach cycle. We do not send recurring automated marketing blasts.
2. Dragon Forge Customer Notifications
Description: Dragon Workflows LLC operates Dragon Forge, a business-automation platform used by small service businesses. On behalf of those businesses, and only to their own customers, the platform sends appointment confirmations and reminders, service and repair status updates, replies from the business's AI receptionist to a question the customer has texted in, and a request for a review after a completed job. Every message names the business it is sent on behalf of.
Who receives these messages: only people who gave their mobile number to that business — by booking on the business's booking page, by submitting a repair request through its tenant intake page, by texting or calling the business, or by giving their number when requesting service. Numbers are never bought, rented, or shared between businesses, and one business's customers are never messaged by another.
Message frequency: Determined by the customer's own activity, not by a schedule — typically one to four messages per appointment or service request (a confirmation, a reminder, status updates, and at most one review request). There are no recurring marketing sends on this program.
Message and data rates may apply to both programs. Standard SMS rates charged by your carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of either SMS program at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. On the Dragon Forge program this stops messages from the business you replied to.
- Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.
- Reply START after opting out if you want to receive messages again.

Website Use
The content on dragonworkflows.com is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice. All website previews generated for prospects are for demonstration purposes only and remain the property of Dragon Workflows until a purchase is completed.
Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials created by Dragon Workflows remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is formally transferred to the client.
Limitation of Liability
Dragon Workflows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
