Information We Collect

• Usage data — pages visited, time spent on site, and browser/device information collected automatically via standard web analytics.
• Communications — messages sent to us via email, contact forms, or SMS.

• Send you personalized previews, proposals, or project updates related to your engagement with Dragon Workflows.

SMS Communications

Dragon Workflows sends SMS messages only to individuals who have consented to receive them, either by submitting the contact form on this website or through direct personal outreach in which the recipient agreed to receive a message. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages.

Message frequency: 1–3 messages per outreach cycle. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support contact information.

Dragon Forge and Google Calendar

Dragon Forge is the Dragon Workflows client platform. Its AI Receptionist can book appointments, and a client may choose to connect their own Google Calendar so bookings land on the calendar they already use. This is optional and off until the client connects it themselves from their portal, where it appears as Dragon Forge.

Connecting requests two narrowly limited permissions, which we use for exactly two purposes:

• Avoiding double-bookings. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy lets us query free/busy time ranges so the receptionist never offers a time the client is already committed to. We receive only the start and end times of busy periods — never event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, or attachments.
• Writing confirmed appointments. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned lets us add a confirmed booking to a calendar the client owns with the service, the customer's name, and the contact details the customer provided. If the Dragon Forge booking changes or is cancelled, we update or remove the event.

We deliberately request these limited permissions instead of full Google Calendar access. Dragon Forge cannot change calendar sharing settings or delete calendars, and its event-sync code only updates or removes events that Dragon Forge created.

We store the authorization needed to keep this working and cache busy times briefly to limit how often we call Google. A client can end it at any time using Disconnect in their portal, which deletes the stored authorization; access can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google Calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and is not sent to our AI providers. It is not shared with anyone outside the client's own account except as required by law.

Dragon Workflows' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full Dragon Forge privacy policy is available at forge.dragonworkflows.com/privacy.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with trusted service providers (such as payment processors or communication platforms) that help us operate our business, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
