Dragon Forge

An AI platform by Dragon Workflows

Dragon Forge answers your phone and your website chat, books the job on your own calendar, follows up with every lead, and keeps all of it in one portal you log into. It is built, hosted, and run by Dragon Workflows — not a reseller dashboard wrapped around someone else's software.

It is sold to small businesses and tradespeople — contractors, salons, restaurants, real-estate agents, property managers — who are losing work to missed calls and slow follow-up. Each customer gets a private portal where the tools they bought are switched on, tuned to their business, and theirs to pause or change at any time.

What Dragon Forge does

Everything it does, in plain terms.

Customers turn on only the parts they need. Nothing below is required to use anything else.

AI Receptionist

A chat assistant on the customer's website and an AI that answers their phone, around the clock. It answers questions about the business from information the owner provides, takes the caller's name and number, and texts them straight back. Every enquiry is saved as a lead.

Appointment booking

The receptionist can book the job, not just take a message. It offers open times from the business's working hours, holds the appointment, sends a confirmation, and lets the customer confirm, reschedule, or cancel from a link. Optionally it syncs with the owner's Google Calendar — described in full below.

Lead follow-up

AI-drafted text and email follow-ups to new leads, with delivery and open tracking and replies routed back to the owner, so an enquiry does not go cold while they are out on a job.

Reviews and reputation

Requests reviews from customers after a completed job, drafts on-brand replies to reviews that come in, and routes unhappy feedback privately to the owner so they hear about a problem first.

Social media

Writes, schedules, and publishes on-brand posts to the business's own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X accounts, which the owner connects and can disconnect at any time.

Websites and visibility

Generates mobile-ready sites and landing pages, and produces structured content so the business is more likely to be named when someone asks an AI assistant for a local recommendation.

Why Dragon Forge asks for your data

Google Calendar access, explained.

Dragon Forge asks for exactly two narrowly limited permissions from Google, and only when a customer chooses to connect their calendar. Here is precisely what they are for.

The permissions we request

Calendar sync is optional and off until the business owner connects it themselves from inside their Dragon Forge portal. When they do, Google will ask them to grant two limited scopes to an app named Dragon Forge. We use them for two things and nothing else:

  • To avoid double-booking them. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy lets us read the start and end times of busy periods on their calendar so the AI Receptionist never offers a customer an appointment slot the owner is already committed to. We receive only that a block of time is busy — never event titles, descriptions, guests, locations, or attachments.
  • To write in appointments we book. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned lets us add a confirmed booking to a calendar the owner owns with the service, the customer's name, and the contact details that customer supplied. If the Dragon Forge booking changes or is cancelled, we update or remove the event we created.

We deliberately request these limited scopes instead of full Google Calendar access. Dragon Forge cannot change calendar sharing settings or delete calendars, and its event-sync code only updates or removes events that Dragon Forge created.

We store the authorization needed to keep the sync working, and briefly cache busy times to limit how often we call Google. The owner can end this at any moment with Disconnect in their portal, which deletes the stored authorization, and can also revoke it directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google Calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and is never sent to our AI providers. It is not shared with anyone outside the owner's own account except where the law requires it.

Dragon Workflows' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How a customer uses it

From signup to a booked job.

1
We set it up with them

We build the receptionist around their business — hours, services, service area, the questions their customers actually ask — and give them a login to their own Dragon Forge portal.

2
It goes on their website and phone

A chat widget goes on their site and their missed calls route to the AI receptionist. Both capture leads into the same inbox.

3
They connect their calendar, if they want to

One button in the portal's Bookings tab. Optional, reversible, and unrelated to whether the rest of the platform works.

4
They run it themselves

They edit what the receptionist knows, work their leads, confirm or cancel appointments, and pause any of it whenever they like — without calling us.
